Market prices and volumes come from end-of-day data supplied by Massive (formerly Polygon.io). Economic figures come from their official publishers: the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (consumer prices and employment), the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (GDP and PCE prices) and the Federal Reserve (the federal funds target range, retrieved through FRED®). Company filings come from the SEC’s EDGAR system. Figures are retrieved on or shortly before the day we publish them; each economic post names the period it covers and links to the official source.

This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Use of FRED® data is subject to the FRED® API Terms of Use.

This product uses the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) Data API but is not endorsed or certified by BEA.

BLS.gov cannot vouch for the data or analyses derived from these data after the data have been retrieved from BLS.gov.

None of these agencies or data providers reviews, endorses or is responsible for our analysis.

3. Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Zero Noise Report website, newsletter, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Zero Noise Report provides a free and premium (paid) stock market intelligence newsletter delivered via email and web. The premium tier (Zero Noise Pro) includes enhanced analysis, model portfolios, sector deep dives, watchlist alerts, and bonus resources.

30-Day Signal-or-Refund Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial Pro subscription, contact us for a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

Performance Transparency Pledge: If our model portfolio underperforms the S&P 500 for two consecutive quarters, active annual subscribers receive one free month.

3.4 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: redistribute or resell premium content; reproduce or scrape content for commercial purposes; use automated systems beyond normal personal use; impersonate Zero Noise Report; use content for market manipulation; or circumvent access controls.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3.6 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. No refund will be issued for remaining subscription period upon termination for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

4. Data Deletion Policy

7. Advertising & Independence Disclosure

7.1 Advertising in the Free Edition; Pro Is Ad-Free

The free edition of Zero Noise Report may carry one advertisement per issue, placed through the beehiiv Ad Network. Every advertisement is labelled as sponsored and sits apart from our research. Zero Noise Pro subscribers receive every issue without advertising. Advertisements are chosen by placement terms (what the slot pays), not by our view of the advertiser, and their appearance is not an endorsement or recommendation of the advertiser, its products, or any security or financial service it offers. Some advertisers may be financial publishers, trading platforms, or other financial services; their claims are theirs alone and are not reviewed or verified by us. Nothing in an advertisement is investment advice from Zero Noise Report.

Advertisers have no influence over what we cover or what we conclude, never see our research before publication, and cannot buy coverage. We do not write custom endorsements or "publisher's notes" for advertisers. We do not place an advertisement from a company whose own security we discuss in the same issue.

7.2 No Affiliate Program

We do not operate an affiliate or commission program, and we do not pay third parties to promote our products. If we ever link to an outside tool or service from which we would receive any payment, that relationship will be disclosed plainly at the point of the link — never buried here.

7.3 How We Are Funded

Our revenue comes from four sources: paid subscriptions to Zero Noise Pro; the advertising slot in the free edition described in 7.1; one-time digital tools we make ourselves (trade journal, watchlist and screener editions) and branded merchandise, printed on demand, both sold through our Fourthwall store. We do not accept sponsorship of our research, paid coverage, or payment from any issuer to mention its securities, and nothing we sell changes what we cover or conclude.

The paid tools are upgraded editions of tools we also give away. The free versions stay free to subscribers and referrers, and each paid listing says what it adds. Tools are educational and are not investment advice. Purchases, delivery and refunds for tools, and orders, shipping and returns for merchandise, are handled by Fourthwall under the terms shown on each product page and its store policies.

As stated in Section 2, authors may hold positions in securities mentioned in our content. Our research conclusions are independent of our advertising revenue: advertisers are placed by the ad network, not selected or reviewed for fit with our views.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us first. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, conducted in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
